Billing:

What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept the following payment methods: EFT, PayToday and Visa and/or MasterCard via the online shop.

Can I change/edit/cancel my order?
- We process your order as soon as it is placed. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order, etc.

I forgot to use my discount code, can I still have it applied?
- Orders that have been charged are final and we cannot retroactively apply discounts. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order.

I keep getting errors with my payment. What can I do?
- In these cases, please try the following:

• Contact your issuing bank as they may be blocking the transaction. Some banks prohibit cross-border transactions, or your limit may be insufficient.
• There may be issues with the volume of transactions or your connection. Kindly try again after some time.

Is it safe to shop from your online store?
- Purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any third party.

Product:

Is there anywhere I can try on Cheeky swimwear?
- Currently, our online store is the only place in the world to buy original Cheeky
swimwear.

What fabric do you use for your swimsuits?
- At Cheeky, we pride ourselves on not only using the highest quality fabric, but also to be an ethical and sustainable brand. Most, if not all, of our swimwear is made from recycled sustainable materials, including ECONYL Yarn which has been salvaged from discarded fishing nets, post-consumer waste and reclaimed plastic bottles. Additionally, we use Eco Dyes. Our swimwear is guaranteed to offer superb elasticity, be soft to the touch, breathable, body enhancing and shape hugging.

How long does it take to restock?
- As part of our exclusivity promise to you, we will unfortunately not be restocking any items once they are sold out. The best way to avoid a stockout is of course to add them to your cart, quickly!

Can I order tops and bottoms in different sizes?
- Absolutely! This part of the flexibility we at Cheeky wish to offer you.

Return & Exchange:

Please note, whilst the Covid 19 pandemic remains prevalent, strictly no
exchanges, refunds and/or returns will be allowed.

What is your return policy?

How do I return my order?
- Please email us to arrange a return and/or exchange.

How long do I have to return my items?
- You are required to log a return within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.

Do you allow cash refunds to my bank account?
- Whilst our preferred method of refund is store credit, a cash refund to your bank account may also be done upon your request.

How long do cash refunds take?
- Cash refunds to bank accounts will be processed as soon as we have received the returned item, in accordance with our return policy. Please allow up to seven (7) days for your refund to reflect in your bank account.

How soon will I receive my store credit refund?
- Your store credit will be sent to you as soon as we have received the returned item, in accordance with our return policy.

I received the wrong order.
- While we try our best to avoid this from occurring, kindly email us as soon as you notice it. Kindly include images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice.

My item was damaged/faulty.
- All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Kindly include images showing the faulty/damaged product.

Shipping:

Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! Domestically, we offer free shipping on all orders above N$500, and internationally on all orders above N$2000.

Do you refund shipping fees?
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally.

When will my order arrive?
- Our express domestic shipping via Coastal Couriers usually takes 2-5 business days after processing.
- Our standard domestic shipping via Coastal Couriers usually takes 5-7 business days after processing.
- Our international shipping usually takes 5-10 business days after processing.

Note: Business days do not include weekends and public holidays in Namibia.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
- Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation
email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with shipping information.

How do I track my order?
- Once you have received your shipping confirmation email containing the details of your package, as well as its waybill tracking number, kindly visit the tracking website here for updates. Please allow for 24 hours after you have received the shipping confirmation email for the status to be updated.

How much does shipping cost?

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email.
- You should have received a confirmation email almost instantly after placing an order. A shipping email should also follow as soon as we finish processing your order. If you did not receive an email from Cheeky at all within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. It is also possible that you entered an incorrect email address or that it was misspelled. If you think you gave us the wrong email address, please do email us to have the necessary information sent to your correct email address.

My package was returned or held.
- Cases like these usually happen in the event of an invalid or incorrect address, or when additional fees must be paid. The courier company will notify you enough times and will give you ample time to both respond and arrange a pickup/delivery. However, once they have declared that the package was rerouted, Cheeky is no longer responsible for the items or any fees that you
may incur because of it. Kindly ensure that when you input your details, your shipping address and contact information are correct. Free shipping back to the customer in cases where initial delivery was unsuccessful due to the negligence of the buyer is not offered.

Who pays for customs and/or tax duties?
- The customer is solely responsible for the payment of all customs, imports and/or tax duties. Cheeky will not reimburse any such payments.
